HotWaterHeatersDirect.com ships all products via UPS (United Parcel Service).
All items sold on our site ship via normal UPS Ground, unless faster shipping is requested
by the customer.
In general, you should receive UPS Ground deliveries within 10 business days of placing your order.
We ship orders the same day they are received IF the order is
received before 12:00 p.m. eastern standard time.
We ship from the East Coast so delivery times will vary.

Shipping outside the Continental United States
When orders are placed for Hawaii, Alaska or Canada an estimated shipping amount is shown.
This is just an estimate. Generally, shipping outside the lower 48 requires UPS Next Day Air,
UPS 2nd Day Air or USPS Priority Mail service. A HotWaterHeaterDirect.com representative will
contact you via phone or email with these shipping amounts. We will not process any order or
charge your credit card until you agree with the added shipping charge.
